My friend and fellow photographer Lizzy Sawdon just recently had a beautiful baby boy, Edward. I spent a few hours at her house before she had him for a pregnancy shoot.
Lizzy is a social documentary photographer so definitely wanted natural looking images.
I love going to Lizzy’s house. The new baby is number 5 for her and her partner and their house is a wonderful chaotic jumble of love.
Leo the dog bounces around and kids from all over the neighbourhood dash in and out. On the day of the shoot, two of her kids were home, plus one extra.

And of course we had fun with the fact that this will make 5 kids in the family!

I love them Ali, you’ve done such a beautiful job! These pictures are so … ‘us’. I love that one in the bedroom where you can see all the stuff lying all over the floor in the foreground and background. Utter chaos. Liz xo
